The typical paratransit program consists of high volume routes and the lower volume, "hard-to-serve trips."

"Hard-to-serve" trips include after hour, peak hour, weekend, and out-of-area trips. These are the types of trips that spike up costs. Our innovative processes and flexible fleet management allow us to provide these trips, without incurring additional cost or sacrificing quality of service.

Improve Service

ITL maintains a 98% on-time rate on all of its transportation contracts and sub-contracts.

Our drivers/providers are trained in house by our certified National Safety Council certified instructors. This ensures that all of our drivers have a solid training foundation.

ITL's advanced software and our innovative management practices allows us to improve any paratransit program or system.

Vehicle

ITL will use our Value Based Approach to ensure the right mix of dedicated and non-dedicated vehicles is used. ITL ensures the appropriate vehicle is available to meet your member’s needs. Whether it is a sedan, van, SUV, or wheelchair accessible vehicles. This will ensure the paratransit program is operating at maximum efficiency. ITL partners with local transportation service providers, who we then certify and train to ensure they are qualified to transport your members.

Customer Service

Our trained and highly skilled Customer Service Agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to answer and questions and process requests. We pride ourselves on being there when you need us. Our reservation process can be easily customized to meet your paratransit program’s needs.
